Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund and returns policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 48 hours of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at inquiry@huffnpuff.life to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. Please also include the proof of purchase and the return form. Send the packaging to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping/delivery charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank account or your credit card statement, depending on your bank or your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Charcoals, except when the bags are already opened or have holes when you receive them
- Shisha tobaccos, used or unused
- Shisha hoses
- Shisha pipes
- Shisha trays
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
- Only customers who make purchases on Huff n’ Puff’s website are eligible for refund
- Purchases from any marketplace will not be considered
- Return and/or refund is only for hookah bases/bongs and bowls that are already defected (i.e. cracked, chipped) when you receive them
- Freebies that have been taken out and not included in the returned packaging will be deducted per their original pricing
- You must record an unboxing video when you receive your order and send it to us. Failing in doing this nulls your claim
- You must take photos of the defect and send them to us
- You must explain the reasons for returning/refunding your order
